1. What types of plushies do you sell?

At Glowrym, we offer a variety of high-quality, soft, and cuddly plushies. Our collection includes different designs and sizes, from cute animals to themed characters. Each plushy is crafted with attention to detail and designed to bring comfort and joy.


2. Are your plushies safe for children?

Yes, all of our plushies are made with child-friendly materials and are safety-tested to meet European safety standards. They are soft, non-toxic, and safe for children of all ages. However, as with any soft toy, we recommend supervising very young children during playtime.


3. Do you offer gift wrapping for plushies?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, our plushies come beautifully packaged, making them perfect for gifting right out of the box!


4. Where do you ship?

At the moment, we only ship within Poland. We are working on expanding to other countries and will notify you once international shipping is available.


5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After your order is processed, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within Poland. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.


6. What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, depending on your delivery address in Poland. You will be able to see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.


7. Can I return or exchange my plushy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your plushy, please visit our Return Policy page for detailed instructions on how to return or exchange an item. Please ensure that the plushy is in its original condition, and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

9. Do you offer wholesale pricing for businesses?

At the moment, we do not offer wholesale pricing. However, if you're interested in larger orders, please reach out to us via email, and we’ll be happy to discuss potential options.


10. Can I personalize my plushy?

Currently, we do not offer personalization options for our plushies. However, we are always looking for ways to improve our product offerings, so keep an eye on our website for any new updates.


11. How do I care for my plushy?

To keep your plushy looking soft and cuddly, we recommend gently spot cleaning with a damp cloth. For larger stains, you can hand wash the plushy in cold water and air dry it. Please refer to the care instructions on the tag of your specific plushy for more details.


12. Are your plushies eco-friendly?

We care about the environment! While our plushies are made with soft, durable materials for comfort, we are actively exploring eco-friendly options and sustainability initiatives. Stay tuned for future updates on this!
